SpeedyHangerTM uses the same patented morphed-nut feature as SpeedyAnchorTM, but offers a 0.25-inch standoff extension that provides a means of support for wall decor, photos and framed art.


Unlike traditional wall hanging hardware that requires pre-drilling, SpeedyHangerTM employs a patented design that makes quick work of drilling through drywall with an integrated self-drilling tip. Then, SpeedyHangerTM automatically morphs a locking retainer nut behind the wall board to securely snug the hanger in place.

LOCATE YOUR INSTALLATION LOCATION


Locate where SpeedyHangerTM will be installed. With a hand-drill and #2 Phillips bit, press SpeedyHangerTM slightly into the drywall. Your drill should be set at LOW SPEED and a moderate clutch setting.


USE LIGHT PRESSURE & DRILL SLOWLY


Using LIGHT PRESSURE, drill SpeedyHangerTM SLOWLY until a pilot hole is made. Continue drilling until the nylon sheath is flush against the wall. You will feel the screw slowing down as the nylon sheath pulls snug against the back side of the drywall. DO NOT SPEED UP THE DRILL.


WAIT FOR DRILL MOTOR TO SLOW


Slow drilling when the screw head is flush against the wall. Weight on package reflects maximum load in 1/2” drywall. Weight shown on package is for items hung flush to the wall and may be less for those hung out from the wall. Do not use for ceiling applications. SpeedyHanger is designed for use in 3/8”, 1/2” or 5/8” drywall.
